The story
Raised by Sita in the forest under the guidance of sage Valmiki, Lava and Kusa grow into brave young brothers. When a royal ceremonial horse reaches their woodland home, they capture it and refuse to surrender it. Their challenge draws them towards Rama's army and a family truth they do not yet know, in a tale rooted in the sacred world of the Ramayana.
FLX+ is creating a new 3D-animated Lava Kusa, with new music and a fresh, family-friendly telling for today's children. Now in production, this retelling celebrates courage, belonging and family bonds. Coming soon to FLX+.
